I've been using cloud hosting for a few years now and for the most part, I've been pretty happy with how well it works. It's been reliable and does what I need it to do for my websites and apps, which is great. But, I recently had an issue with a payment mix-up and it was a real pain trying to fix it. They were not very flexible when it came to getting a refund and the customer service was not the greatest. So, if you're thinking about using this service, just be careful with how you pay and know that getting a refund might not be easy. Just a heads up!
