Review about: Kobo
New e-reader purchase
The new e-reader is pretty cool, eh? It’s got dark mode, waterproofing, a sweet color display, and a bigger screen than the smaller ones. But personally, I’d like a 7 or 8 inch screen that’s taller but not wider than the 6 inch ones, and no side buttons. It’s kinda awkward to hold the current e-reader in one hand cause it’s too wide and you gotta squeeze the sides, not comfy for long periods, eh? Getting rid of the side buttons and making it longer would make using it way better, eh?

Order placed on 2nd Feb 2021
I ordered something on February 2nd of this year, and I was really looking forward to getting it. But when I checked the status the day before it was supposed to arrive, I found out that they ran out of stock and I had to talk to customer service. It was a huge letdown because I had been waiting for over a month without any updates. It's now March 10th, and I'm still waiting for a refund for my whole order. All in all, my experience has been pretty disappointing and frustrating.

Shopping online at Penningtons was a complete nightmare for me. I'm someone with a compromised immune system, so I can't easily go out to shop in person. I had to rely on their online service. Unfortunately, my order got split into 3 shipments, with one coming all the way from BC during a shipping crisis. The BC package never showed up, even though it was delayed twice. When I reached out to Penningtons, I kept getting different dates to check back and conflicting information. Then, when I contacted Canada Post and filed a service ticket, the communication between the sender and the carrier was really ineffective and not helpful. After 5 days of investigation, I was supposed to get an email about a credit, but when I finally received it, the amount was wrong. The customer service was super rude and unhelpful, and they even tried to blame me for giving incorrect information. All in all, this whole online shopping experience has been an absolute nightmare and a huge letdown.

Lipstick and eyeshadow palette
Oh man, let me tell you, this brand really knows how to make a gal feel amazing! I recently grabbed a lipstick from them, and let me say, it's so smooth and packed with colour, my lips have never looked better. And don't even get me started on their eyeshadow palette - the shades are so lively and easy to blend, I feel like a pro artist whenever I put them on. What's even better? The products smell so good, not like those cheap imitations. Who would have thought that makeup could really boost your confidence and make you feel like you can conquer anything? ColourPop, you're the real deal!

Very limited calculator
The calculator is not good, eh. It can only do simple math and keeps messing up. It's supposed to ask for three numbers to calculate, but it skips to the end after just one. No help is available, so it's super annoying to use. Don't waste your time on this, eh.
