Coffee subscription order issue
So I tried to sign up for a coffee subscription online, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The website couldn't process my payment with HSBC, so I had to keep bugging the company since they weren't answering my emails or calls like they said they would. In the end, I had to cancel my order because of their lack of communication and professionalism. And it didn't stop there - they also made unauthorized charges to my account, showing just how incompetent they really are and how little they care about customer privacy. I asked multiple times for them to remove my bank info, but no luck. All in all, their customer service was just terrible and left a lot to be desired.

Sneakers purchase
I was a bit unsure at first after seeing some bad reviews, but my experience with Biffi Boutique was fantastic. I came across a pair of sneakers that were £200 cheaper than anywhere else. I decided to shoot them an email to ask if the sneakers were available, and to my surprise, I got a response in just 10 minutes confirming that they were in stock. I went ahead and placed my order, and the next day, the sneakers arrived all the way from Italy. What really got me was that there were no extra duties or taxes to worry about because it was all included in the price. I definitely recommend Biffi Boutique for their quick service and awesome customer care.

My recent experience with the online health supplement store was pretty standard, eh. Everything was good and there wasn't anything super exciting to mention. The prices were fair and the products were top-notch, eh. Navigating the website was easy peasy, and all the info I needed was right there. One thing I really liked was the customer service - they were so nice and helpful, eh. They answered all my questions quick, like. Overall, I'm happy with the service from the online store, for sure.

PPV event price
I was so upset with the service I got recently. They sent me an email saying the PPV event I bought was cancelled, but then I found out later that it was just moved to another place and for a cheaper price. It's not right to charge us more when we can get the same thing for less somewhere else. It's not fair and it shows they don't care about us customers. It's just not cool to trick us and bet on our trust like that.
