    Bouquet of roses

    I'm so happy with the bouquet of roses I bought. They were so fresh and lovely, a perfect gift. Ordering was super easy and the customer service folks were really nice and helpful. The price was a bit high, but the quality totally made it worth it. The delivery was quick and the flowers came in perfect shape.     Quick and easy

    My experience has been great! I haven't had any problems with the updates so far. The only thing that bothers me is that I can get Quick for $20 less at the store every year. I believe the subscription should be cheaper than buying it in-store. Also, just so you know, I'm 12 years old.

    I just bought something online from this company and unfortunately, the delivery was a bit of a mess. They use a third-party delivery service and it's been causing a lot of problems with getting packages on time. The drivers seem to have trouble with logistics, which results in packages being late or even missing. When I reached out to customer service about the issue, their response was slow and didn't seem like they were in a rush to fix things. All in all, I was pretty let down by the level of service I received.

    Bounce Back moisturizer

    So, I'm just loving this makeup I picked up from this store, you know? It's been my go-to since they first opened. The latest thing I grabbed was their Bounce Back moisturizer, but man, it just wouldn't come out of the bottle. Luckily, the staff there were really helpful and sent me a replacement in no time. I'm seriously thrilled with everything!

    Signed copy disappointment

    I was so disappointed with my recent purchase from the store. I thought I was getting a signed copy because I definitely clicked on that option. But when my order showed up, it wasn't signed like I thought it would be. It was a big letdown because I was really excited to add something special to my collection. The fact that they didn't pay attention to the details when filling orders is worrying and it definitely affected my whole experience with the store. I hope they can fix this problem for next time so they don't let down other customers.

    Community courses for my students

    The website was great for finding courses before, but now it's all messed up. I can't even use the app to access the community courses anymore, which isn't fair. They said it would happen later, but it happened early, and now I'm stuck without my courses. It's so frustrating!

    Car rental

    I prepaid for a car for a 7pm pickup at Dulles Airport for 3 day rental. I got there at 730 p.m., found between 20 and 30 people waiting, no cars available. Waited 2.5hrs still no car. This was prepaid, so my car should have been there. Called them and was on the phone for another 45 minutes. They told me they couldn't do anything but would book me with another car rental. They told me, the total cost for a new rental was $190. I got to a new car rental location and they only booked me for one day. The original booking was for 3 days. The total cost for booking the new car for 3 days is $394. $ 204 more than my prepaid. And now they are refusing to get me a refund for my original booking. I travel a lot and so rent cars all the time. This is my worst experience ever.

    Gift voucher purchase

    I bought a gift card for my friend’s daughter who is turning 18, and I gotta say, I'm not happy with how things have gone down. It's been three weeks and the gift card still hasn't made it to her. I've tried getting in touch with Customer Care three times, but no one has gotten back to me or helped me out at all. The lack of communication and follow-up from their end has really done a number on my patience and overall satisfaction with the whole thing.
