I bought some customized wedding favors from this company and I was so disappointed with the quality. The stuff came really late and the personalization was not good. The customer service was not useful at all and they took forever to answer my questions. It was just a super frustrating experience overall.

My time with this online dating site was honestly pretty disappointing. I gotta tell ya, I've been waiting way too long for my refund from a recent purchase I made. They said it would take up to 10 business days to process, but it's been over a month now and still no refund in sight. My bank is even telling me to do a chargeback because of the crazy long delay. It's really disappointing to see such a big company dropping the ball like this. I really hope they sort this out soon so nobody else has to deal with this mess in the future.
