    Stolen $400 order

    I recently bought something for $400 that got stolen from my porch. Fed ex looked into it and said it was delivered, but I never got it. I was so sad and even reported it to the police, but there wasn't much they could do. When I asked Sephora for help, they didn't do anything and blamed Fed Ex. I've been shopping there for years, but their lack of care and refusal to help was really disappointing. As someone who works hard, $400 is a lot of money for me. I thought Sephora would do more for me as a big company, but they were just cold. They could have easily sent the products again or given me a discount, but they cared more about making money. Their response felt so uncaring. It's obvious that customer service isn't important to them, which says a lot about their values. I'll be shopping somewhere else now and would suggest others do too if they care about being treated well. Thanks, Sephora, for showing me that regular people don't matter to you.
