Skincare product purchase
I just bought a new skincare product from the store. A while back, I had a good chat with an aesthetician who suggested this one. But when I went back, the sales lady steered me towards a different brand, claiming it was cruelty-free and vegan. Turns out, it wasn't when I double-checked at home. I felt tricked and let down by the false info.

Transcription services
I've used Rev for transcription services before, and let me tell you, it wasn't the greatest experience. But I decided to give them another shot recently, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of their work has really gotten better, and the service was excellent. I was impressed by how efficient and accurate they were this time. It looks like they've really upped their game, and I appreciate the effort they've put into making their services better.
