Pink and white cable pullover jumpers
I recently picked up two cable pullover sweaters at this store, one in pink and the other in white, and I have to say, I couldn't be happier with my choice. The quality of the soft cotton they used is top-notch. It's not only comfy to wear but also holds up well in the wash and doesn't need ironing, which is a big win in my books. The design of the cable knit is just right for me, and I love how warm and snug it feels, especially when I layer it over a turtleneck and a vest. I tend to get chilly easily, so having these sweaters to keep me cozy is a real treat. I was so impressed that I ended up getting a second one in a different colour because I love them so much.
Chunky XL jumpers for winter
I recently picked up two oversized XL sweaters for the winter season and I have to say, I am super happy with my purchase. They fit great, the quality is top-notch, and they are so comfy and warm. I decided to grab two more so I'm all set for next winter too. They fit perfectly and feel just as cozy as the ones I already have, so I'm all ready for the cold months ahead. The delivery was speedy and right on time, so I got them in no time. I've put them away for now to avoid wearing them before winter actually starts. Coat with fault
I had a problem with a coat I bought a few months back from this store. The coat had a defect, so I went to the shop to see if they could assist. The staff at the Newcastle store were really helpful and gave me great customer service. They didn't have the exact same coat available, but they provided me with a similar replacement. I was grateful for their quick and efficient resolution. They ordered a new coat for me, and it was delivered within a couple of days. I was really impressed with the service I got at this store, and I will definitely come back for more shopping in the future.
Women's long sleeve baseball top
I bought a women's long sleeve baseball top from your store the other day, but when I got it home, I was kinda bummed to see that the style had been updated and it was almost like a cropped top now. That just doesn't work for me, so I had to bring it back. But I gotta give a shoutout to the folks in the store - they were super nice and really helped me out. They gave me a refund, no problem at all. So, kudos to them!
Online order
I ordered something online and the person I talked to from customer service said they would take care of it right away. And they did! My package arrived super fast. The service was excellent from start to finish!
Quality product, easy return process
I just bought something from this store and I gotta say, their website was super easy to use. The delivery was quick and the package was really secure, showing that they really care about their customers. The product itself was top-notch, although it ended up being too big for me. Luckily, returning it was a breeze, and the staff at the store were so nice and helpful.
Clothing
The folks at the store were so nice and helpful. They didn't have my size, but they still went out of their way to have it delivered to my place for free. It was awesome customer service that made me feel truly appreciated. The clothes were really good quality too, so I was super happy with my purchase.

I had such a good time at the store, eh thanks to the nice guy who helped me out. The stuff they had was pretty awesome, and I was able to find exactly what I needed. It was a good shopping trip overall, for sure.

Superdry's sizes are smaller than other stores, so I had to order online. It was a bit disappointing, eh?
Online shopping experience
I had a pretty disappointing time shopping online with a popular clothing brand that has stores all over Canada. I was pretty pumped to get a certain item that wasn't in my size at the store I went to, so I thought I'd order it online instead. But man, I was surprised to see that they were charging me a lot for delivery, especially when other places give free shipping for the same thing. They said it would get to me in 2-4 days, but turns out they used some third-party delivery service which caused weird delays and took over a week to show up. Definitely wasn't the quick and reliable service I was expecting, especially since I paid extra for shipping.
