I was really disappointed with my experience with this online store. I ordered a designer dress for a special event, but they canceled it without giving me any reason. To make it worse, they didn't even send me an email to let me know it was canceled, so I was left totally clueless. The way they handled the situation was not okay at all. I thought a company that sells luxury fashion would be better at communication. I definitely won't be shopping here again.

I ordered something online and the person I talked to from customer service said they would take care of it right away. And they did! My package arrived super fast. The service was excellent from start to finish!
