Sweaters
I just bought a sweater from this store and I was super impressed with how great it is, so I ended up buying three more. They're all made from amazing wool, no fake stuff, and each one is unique in color and style. They fit perfectly and I'm really happy with them. I totally recommend these sweaters to anyone who wants top-notch wool clothes.

Dresses, UK size 8, returned items
So I found this store and I gotta say, they have a really good variety of dresses. I wear a UK size 8 and their sizes seem to be spot on because the dresses fit me like a glove. I did have to send back a couple things, though, and it took a bit longer than expected to get my money back. But they sorted it out quick and even gave me a discount for my next purchase. All in all, the dresses are top-notch and the customer service is great.

Wedding dresses
So, I bought a couple dresses from the store thinking I could wear them to a wedding, but turns out only one of them looked good on me. I sent the other one back, paying $10 for shipping, but I never got the credit like I was supposed to. I tried showing proof that I returned it, but still didn't get my money back. This whole thing has been super frustrating and disappointing, to be honest. The company's service and rules are just not cutting it for me.

Online shopping experience
I had a pretty disappointing time shopping online with a popular clothing brand that has stores all over Canada. I was pretty pumped to get a certain item that wasn't in my size at the store I went to, so I thought I'd order it online instead. But man, I was surprised to see that they were charging me a lot for delivery, especially when other places give free shipping for the same thing. They said it would get to me in 2-4 days, but turns out they used some third-party delivery service which caused weird delays and took over a week to show up. Definitely wasn't the quick and reliable service I was expecting, especially since I paid extra for shipping.

I recently bought some HRV monitoring equipment for my research project and let me tell you, it was super helpful. The data it gave me was spot on and super reliable, which was totally necessary for my dissertation.
