Hey there, just wanted to share my thoughts on my recent experience with the shipping company. So, I got this unexpected bill from FedEx for duty and tax charges, which was a bit of a shock because I wasn't told about this extra cost beforehand. I tried getting in touch with them to find out more but no luck, still waiting for a response. But on a positive note, I've been using the product for a few days and I have to admit, it's been working pretty darn well.
