My experience with the customer service at this company was so disappointing, eh. It was like, non-existent and just not responsive at all, you know? They only had email and this chat thing as ways to talk to them, and I tried both a bunch of times with no luck. The chat thing was the worst, they said it was fast but I waited a whole 13 hours for a reply, and it was at, like, the worst time possible, eh. Seems like they only answer in the middle of the night, which makes no sense for us Canadians, eh. Overall, their customer service was just not good enough, especially with all the ads they do.
