New trainers
Yeah, so I got these new trainers, you know? But man, the uppers are already wearing out so fast, especially by the toes. My old trainers were way sturdier and lasted way longer. I don't get why these ones are falling apart so quickly. It's like the uppers have no strength at all compared to my old ones. Maybe the company just doesn't care about quality anymore...

Scale purchase delayed
I recently bought a scale from this company, thinking it would get here pretty quick. Turns out, it took a whole three months before I got my order. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times during that wait, asking about my order's status and if I could maybe get my money back. But no luck there, just got a bunch of unclear answers and not much communication about canceling my order.

Hair dryer purchase.
I'm absolutely thrilled with my hair dryer purchase from this company. The ordering process was so easy, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order arrived, especially since I live in a place where mail delivery can be a bit iffy sometimes. Not only did my package arrive super fast, but the company even checked in to make sure I got it. Now that's what I call impressive customer service!
