Late delivery, difficult cancellation process
This has honestly been the worst customer experience I've ever had! My purchase took forever to arrive, and I tried so many times to cancel the order with no luck. I sent emails, tried to chat online, and even made phone calls, but the product still showed up at my door. The customer service was absolutely terrible, with the last person I talked to telling me not to accept the delivery, which was unrealistic since I couldn't be home all the time waiting. And to top it off, the delivery person actually rang the doorbell instead of just leaving the package! The company's 1.5-star reviews are totally spot-on, and it seems like the only time they respond is when you're really upset. I'm still waiting for my return label, and this whole situation has just been a nightmare!

Gummies, anxiety relief, good sleep
I really love gummies a lot and I have to say Diamond has some of the best ones I've ever tried! They really help me to relax and feel less anxious, and I've noticed I sleep so much better now. I did have a small issue with my order, but the company sorted it out right away. I'm really pleased with their products!

So, I had a little problem with my order 'cause there was a mix-up with my mailing address. But, gotta say, I was really impressed with how fast and efficient Customer Support was. This person, Silver, who helped me out, wasted no time in fixing the problem by reaching out to the warehouse manager. I'm thankful for their commitment to making sure us customers are happy.

Scale
I bought a scale from this company and it was a total nightmare. They took my money right away, but it took forever for the scale to even show up. I tried so many times to reach customer service with no luck, so I had to open a dispute just to get a response. When the scale finally arrived, it was 3 lbs off compared to my doctor's scale. I don't trust the readings at all and feel like I just threw my money away.

Recent CD purchase
I totally love my new CD that I got from this awesome music store. The website was so easy to navigate, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The CD came in a really nice package and I was super excited to listen to it. The music sounded incredible and I had a blast dancing around my room to the tunes. I'll definitely be coming back for more CDs from this store in the future!

Lightweight hiking backpack
I'm really bummed about the lightweight hiking backpack I got from this company. The material is cheap, and the stitching already ripped after only a few times using it. I thought they were all about top-notch outdoor gear. Plus, the design of the backpack wasn't great - the pockets were in weird spots and the straps weren't adjustable enough.
