Review about: Curiosity Stream
Auto-renewal issue
I signed up for a streaming service a while ago because of one specific feature. I was kinda shocked when I saw a charge on my bank statement for another year without them telling me first. I got in touch with customer service and they quickly gave me my money back and stopped the auto-renewal. It would've been nice to get an email heads up before being charged, but all in all, it turned out okay.

Flowers order disaster
I ordered some flowers online and I was really looking forward to it because they promised same-day delivery. But then I got an email saying they couldn't deliver it until the next day. When I called customer service, they told me I missed the deadline for same-day delivery by two hours! It's been almost a whole day now and still no flowers. Such a disappointment, I won't be ordering from them again for sure.

Online purchase, returning order
I wouldn't suggest shopping with this company at all. My experience with them was really disappointing. I ordered something online not too long ago but I had to return it for a few different reasons. Even though I followed their return process and sent everything back, I still haven't gotten my money back or even heard anything from them about my return. The fact that their customer service team is taking forever to get back to me has left me feeling irritated and not happy at all. I definitely won't be buying anything else from this company in the future.

Good suite on the second floor, West London, W6
We had a good stay at the suite we booked on the second floor of a building in West London W6. It was super close to Hammersmith tube station, which was very handy, and the price was fair. But just a heads up, the stairs are pretty narrow and short so it might not be great for people who struggle with stairs. We also had some issues with the shower and the heating system wasn't working properly, but the staff gave us a little electric heater to use in the meantime. They were really nice and polite, which was a nice touch. I'd suggest bringing power converters for your trip to London to make sure you're all set.

Rain jacket and bibs
I got this really awesome rain jacket and bibs from Grundéns and they are amazing! Took them out on a fishing trip with my dad and stayed dry the whole time. The jacket is super comfortable and bibs are easy to put on. Also, they look really cool. Felt like a true fisherman!
Review about: La-Z-Boy
2 recliners
I got these 2 really pricy recliners that were supposed to come with a lifetime warranty on the inside stuff. But you know what? Both of them ended up breaking - one after just a year and the other after 5 years. Turns out the warranty only covers the metal parts, not the spot that actually broke. Lazy boy and the furniture store just passed the blame back and forth and didn't do anything to help out. Both chairs broke at the solid wood piece that connects the metal to the frame, and that part wasn't covered. Looks like I'll have to fix this garbage on my own.
