I've been a customer of this company for a while now and I've always been happy with their skincare products. But I gotta say, I'm pretty let down by their customer service. I've had to reach out to them a few times for help, either by phone or email, and they just haven't been very responsive. It's frustrating not hearing back from them and it makes me feel like they don't really care about me as a customer.

I just ordered a glow set from this company and it was a total disaster. The set has two samples and some extra products, but when it arrived, one of the samples was missing - the one I was looking forward to trying the most. I was really let down by the lack of care and detail in filling orders.
