CommunicationI've been a customer of this company for a while now and I've always been happy with their skincare products. But I gotta say, I'm pretty let down by their customer service. I've had to reach out to them a few times for help, either by phone or email, and they just haven't been very responsive. It's frustrating not hearing back from them and it makes me feel like they don't really care about me as a customer.
