I was so excited to get the new bunk bed, but it was a big disappointment. The setup was super confusing and I realized there were pieces missing. So, I bought these seat covers and they got here pretty quickly. But, when I opened the box, they weren't like how they were described online. I tried getting in touch with customer service to send them back, but I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Even though they say you can return stuff within 90 days, it seems impossible to actually do that. I guess I'm just gonna have to accept the fact that I'm out $350. This is definitely the last time I'm buying from them. This whole process has been so annoying, and it feels like a waste of both time and money.
