Disappointing skin care products
These products are such a disappointment, eh? The face wash went all orange on me after only 6 weeks, and that's just not cool considering how much I paid for it. Plus, it made my neck and chest all itchy, which makes me think there might be some sketchy chemicals in there. And don't even get me started on the walnut scrub - way too rough for my skin! Now I just use it on my arms and legs. Overall, these products are just okay at best and definitely not worth the hefty price, especially with the extra shipping and duties for us Canucks.

Pellet smoker
The customer service at BBQ Guys was a huge disappointment. I recently ordered a pellet smoker from them and the whole experience was really unsatisfactory. They said the order was sent out, but the tracking number they gave me didn't work. I tried contacting their customer service a bunch of times, and while they were nice, they couldn't really solve the problem. Every time I reached out, they promised to look into it, but I never heard back. When the smoker didn't arrive when they said it would, I had to cancel the order. It was all so frustrating and disappointing, especially because I've had good experiences with BBQ Guys before. I won't be using their services again in the future.

Wasted money
I can't believe how bold this company is. I placed an order weeks ago and still haven't gotten my stuff. When I asked for help, they were no help at all and didn't even apologize. It's crazy how they think they can treat their customers like that. I won't be ordering from them again and I'll make sure to tell everyone about how they're ripping people off.

Travel map with custom cartography
I gotta say, my time dealing with MAPS.com was full of ups and downs. I wanted a personalized travel map for an upcoming trip, and the actual map turned out awesome. Just what I was looking for. But man, the process of ordering it was a total nightmare. The website was a mess, super confusing, and not easy to use at all. I had to bug customer service several times for help, and even then, it took forever to hear back. Finally, when my order was sorted out, the map came really fast and was in perfect shape. But all the hassle I went through with the ordering left me feeling pretty frustrated, to be honest.

First time using a pet-sitting website
I went on this website for the first time to find someone to watch my pets. The website was really easy to use, and I could see all the pet sitters in my area. I even got to chat with the sitter before deciding, and my pets got to meet them beforehand too. The communication was awesome, and I received updates and photos every day, which was really neat. Paying through the website was a breeze. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely use this website again!

Sound packs and Stacks feature
The sound packs at Splice are awesome, they have a lot of options to choose from. I really like the Stacks feature, it lets you layer sounds easily and make cool combinations. But, I ran into a problem when I tried to save a stack for the second time, I got an error message. It would be awesome if they could fix that in the next update. It would also be nice to have the ability to lock channels whenever you want.
