Vitamins, cleaning supplies, and medical supplies
I've been a loyal customer of this online retailer since 2011, and I gotta say, my experience has been really good. Over the years, I've bought all sorts of stuff, from vitamins to cleaning supplies to medical supplies. Only had two small hiccups, and both times their customer service was on it right away. First off, there was a product that was out of stock after I ordered it, but they fixed it fast. They took it off my order, gave me my money back, sent me a new invoice, and still got my stuff on time. The other time was with an expired coupon code, kind of annoying at first. But when I talked to their customer service, they hooked me up with a new coupon code for my next order. Also, gotta give them props for how they package liquids like soap and cream. They always put them in a plastic bag so they won't spill during shipping. All in all, I've always been happy with the service and products from this online retailer.
Wrong item received
I thought I was ordering one thing, but they sent me a completely different item! Dealing with all the emails and waiting for them to check was really frustrating. They were so rude and unhelpful, just sending me their policy without any care. Not cool at all!
Online shopping experience
I had a really bad time shopping online with this company. I ordered something, paid for it, but never got my package. I tried reaching out to them, but they just wouldn't respond. It was honestly the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend giving them any of your money. Just be careful if you decide to shop with them.
Used and damaged Stanley tool
I'm really upset about what happened at that store. I bought a Stanley tool and it turned out to be used and damaged. I sent it back right away for a refund, but they not only refused to give me my money back, they even confirmed they got the product. That kind of customer service and lack of honesty is just not right. I won't be going back there and I'm going to make sure others know to avoid that store.
Failed order cancellation
I had such a bad time with this company. I tried to cancel my order right after I placed it, but they didn't even bother to cancel it for me. The whole thing was a mess and didn't work right. It's annoying when a company can't even deal with a basic request like cancelling an order quickly. I'm not going to order from them ever again.
Shampoo and vitamins
I ordered some stuff like shampoo and vitamins almost two weeks ago, eh. When I called to ask about my order, they told me the courier sent it back to the warehouse for no good reason. Even though I gave them the right address, they just said I'd get my money back. And on top of that, they only offered me $5 credit. That's just not right. They gotta do better with owning up to their mistakes and keeping customers in the loop. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
Recent online purchases
I gotta say, I've been a loyal customer for a few years now and I've never had any issues with my orders. I live in Ontario and I really appreciate how carefully my items are always packaged and delivered within a week. I can't think of a single time I didn't get something I ordered, which really shows how reliable this company is. Even when there was a problem, like getting spoiled coconut oil, the customer service team quickly exchanged or refunded it without any trouble. My usual purchases are coconut oils, vitamins, deodorants, body creams, washes, organic food products, and spices. Honestly, I'm confused reading negative reviews because my experience has always been positive.
Cancellation experience
Well.ca has been a bit hit-and-miss for me, but I recently had a really awesome experience with their customer service team. I needed to cancel my order and the rep I talked to was super patient, understanding, and quick in sorting everything out. The whole cancellation and refund process went really smoothly, with the money going back to my Visa without any issues. Huge shoutout to Ifeoluwa for providing such top-notch service!
Beauty product order
So, I ordered this amazing beauty product but I made a mistake with the address. I called them right away to fix it but they wouldn't change it! And on top of that, I had to wait a whole week to get my money back. If I still wanted my stuff, I had to place a whole new order. Not cool at all, eh.
Order of 9 items
I recently ordered 9 items from your site but had a terrible time with the delivery. I was only given one box when there should have been 2 on February 27th. I reached out to your customer service on February 28th, and they said the second box would come on February 29th. But, it never did. I contacted them again on the 29th and was told to wait until March 5th. Even after waiting until March 5th, there was still no package. I find it frustrating that I had to be the one to deal with an undelivered package, especially when the company is just a short 45-minute drive away. If it were Amazon, they would have acted quickly to send a replacement once a package was missing. This whole experience has really left me feeling disappointed and unsatisfied.
Rotten food and cancelled order with coupon issue
Wow, that company is a total joke! They messed up my order by cancelling it out of nowhere, and then had the nerve to blame it on a dumb coupon code. Plus, the food they did bring was gross! Their customer service is the worst, so rude and not helpful at all. I suggest saving your cash and staying away from that place, seriously.
Incorrect product received
I had a pretty bad experience with the customer service at Well recently. The folks there couldn't seem to figure out the problem when I got the wrong product, and they didn't really explain what went wrong. Even after I tried reaching out by email, they took forever to sort things out. I did end up getting a refund in the end, but it was a hassle that dragged on way too long, wasting my time and leaving me pretty annoyed. This just doesn't meet the service standards I was expecting.

Home delivery of products
I tried out this delivery service recently for some stuff I ordered for my home, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down. They went with Purolator as the courier and they totally messed up by not reading the shipping labels right, causing the delivery to be late. On top of that, I've had packages sent to the wrong place for me to pick up, which just added to the hassle. Compared to other services I've used, this one takes way too long to deliver - like, a whole week sometimes. Because of all these problems, I'm thinking about switching to a different provider that can get my stuff to my door much faster.
Medicine purchase
I really like getting my medicine from this place because the staff is awesome, always really nice and helpful. They always make sure I get my medicine when I need it, especially when I'm not feeling well. Ordering online is a breeze and they even send me reminders when it's time to reorder. It's just great!

I was a loyal customer of this company for over ten years. They used to have a great range of products and were always on top of health trends and natural beauty items. However, things have changed over time. Their customer service, packaging, quality control, and shipping have all gone downhill. I used to spend a lot of money with them every year, but now I rarely shop there because I keep getting damaged or expired products and dealing with subpar customer service. It's really disappointing that they're not trying harder to keep customers like me happy and coming back.
Two orders with address mix-up
I just made two orders on the website, eh. Both times, I had trouble picking the right shipping and billing addresses. In one order, I accidentally put the shipping address as the billing address, and in the other, I mixed up the billing and shipping addresses. It was pretty frustrating trying to fix it, ya know? The website seems to have some technical glitches when it comes to dealing with address info.

I gotta say, I was a bit worried about ordering from here at first because of some bad reviews, but I'm happy to say that things turned out pretty good. I got myself a bunch of skincare and beauty stuff, even glass bottles, and everything came in perfect shape. Surprisingly, the delivery was quick, especially since I live out in the boonies where things usually take longer. The quality of the stuff I got was fantastic, and I'm super happy with my purchase. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is that some of their prices are a bit high compared to other places, but they do have good deals on sale items which sort of evened things out. All in all, I'm really pleased with my experience and for sure will be coming back for more.
Juice bottle purchase
I ordered a juice bottle and it arrived leaking everywhere cause the courier dropped it. I tried emailing them like 5 times and even called, but no one got back to me! I just want my credit for the broken bottle!
