I thought I was ordering one thing, but they sent me a completely different item! Dealing with all the emails and waiting for them to check was really frustrating. They were so rude and unhelpful, just sending me their policy without any care. Not cool at all!

I got this amazing Standup paddleboard (SUP) gear from an online shop and it's just awesome! I can use it for paddling and camping adventures with my buds.
