Bought some jeans online
So, I found these awesome jeans online, and they fit perfectly. I felt amazing in them, like a million bucks. And they’re really good quality too, like top of the line. I liked them so much that I bought another pair. The only thing that bothered me was all the political stuff they keep posting on their social media and website. I just want cute clothes, not a lecture, you know? And why do my favorite colors of the jeans always seem to be out of stock? It’s like they’re playing games with me, not cool.
Quality clothing, fast shipping
The clothes here are really great - they're made so well and have such cool designs. I've bought a few things here and have always been super happy with how they are. Plus, the shipping is super quick, which I love since waiting for stuff is the worst. One thing I really like is that returning items is easy - they give you a label right in the package. And don't worry about what some people say in reviews, because you don't have to pay for return shipping.
Black pants with fabric attracting all the hair
Hey, I recently bought some black pants from your store, but they seem to attract a ton of hair. I can't even sit or stand without getting covered in it! I contacted customer service and they suggested using a lint roller, but it hasn't helped at all. I'm pretty bummed that my concerns aren't being addressed, especially since the pants weren't cheap. So now, these pricey pants are just sitting in my closet collecting dust.
Wool scarf purchase
The customer service at this store is amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they looked really put together. I was so happy when they told me about the sale and discount on the wool scarf I bought. The scarf is really good quality, and I'm really pleased with how everything went.
Return policy and customer service
I had to return something I bought from the store and it was such a hassle. Their return policy is the worst I've ever come across. On top of having to pay a crazy fee to send it back, the address they gave me was wrong. It caused my package to get lost during shipping, making things even more of a headache.
Returns process
I just had to return something at the store and ship it back and it was super easy. Unlike other places where people have had issues returning items, here in Canada, it was no problem at all. The store staff were really helpful and quick, and shipping it back was a piece of cake too.
Comfortable underwear
I picked up some underwear from that store and let me tell you, they're top-notch quality. The material feels amazing on my skin and they fit just right. But I was kinda bummed that they didn't have those cool jungle patterns I used to love. I wonder where they went.

Medium bomber jacket purchase
I recently bought a medium bomber jacket for almost $200 from this company. My experience was so disappointing. I asked to switch the size for a large, but they said no. They kept sending me lots of messages trying to push me into buying something else, so I gave in, but I felt like they were just trying to get more money out of me. When I contacted customer service for assistance, they were not helpful and were rude. Overall, this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I definitely recommend not shopping with this company, they clearly don't care about the customer's needs or satisfaction.
Half my order missing
Oh man, I really should've checked out the reviews before ordering online. My package took forever to come, and when it did, only half of it was in there! Can you believe that? And on top of it all, they charged me for everything! Now they're dragging their feet trying to figure out the weight of the package. Like, am I ever going to get the rest of my order or my money back? This is just the worst.
"Delicate Fabric Sweatshirt Sweater Vest"
Eh, trust me, don't waste your money on this fancy-pants sweatshirt sweater vest. It looked okay when it got here, but that's about it for the good stuff. The tag told me to be careful with it, so I tried my best. But after just a few hours of wearing it, the fabric started getting all bunched up and threads were coming out like crazy. I'm more than disappointed, it's just not worth it.
Miscommunication
I can't believe the nerve of the customer service I dealt with! They told me my order was cancelled, but then it got shipped anyways. And when I asked for a refund on the return shipping fees, they said no. How am I supposed to trust them if they can't even handle a basic cancellation properly? It's totally absurd. I for sure won't be supporting their business again.
awesome jacket
I bought this really awesome jacket, but it took forever to arrive! I had to wait for like 4 weeks and no one seemed to care. All I received were dull emails saying they were "handling everything" or "contacting the delivery company". I've never experienced such terrible customer service from a brand before.
Recent order experience
I just ordered something from this company and I gotta say, it was a pretty bad experience. They sent my order with the wrong name, and when I tried to send it back, it was a hassle. They told me it would take 4 weeks for the return, which is way too long. And to top it off, I still haven't gotten my money back for the order I never got.
New Pants Purchase
I bought a new pair of pants from this store, but they sent me the wrong ones. Mistakes can happen, I get that, but I wasn't happy to find out that I had to pay 2.95 for return shipping, even though it was their mistake. That policy didn't sit well with me, so I won't be shopping there again.
Delivery issue due to incorrect address transfer
I had an issue with my order from your store recently. The delivery address I provided through PayPal didn't come through accurately in your system. Because of this, my parcel got sent back to your store. The important detail of sending it to my work address was missed somehow, causing the delivery to fail.
Merino wool sweater
I just bought a merino wool sweater from this store for over 100 bucks, nearly 150$. Even though I washed it exactly as directed, the sweater ended up all shrunken and unwearable. I'm really bummed about the poor quality and the high price I paid for it.
