Bright colors, discounts, outlet in Canada, rewards, gifts, loose fit scrub tops.
I'd really like to see more choices in the scrub tops, especially in brighter colours and bigger sizes. It'd be awesome to get some discounts as a loyal customer like me. And if there was a store in Canada, it would be so much easier for us to avoid those steep shipping costs. Giving out rewards and gifts to regular shoppers would also be a nice extra. More loose-fitting scrub tops would definitely be welcomed.

Miscommunication
I can't believe the nerve of the customer service I dealt with! They told me my order was cancelled, but then it got shipped anyways. And when I asked for a refund on the return shipping fees, they said no. How am I supposed to trust them if they can't even handle a basic cancellation properly? It's totally absurd. I for sure won't be supporting their business again.

I've been a customer of this brand for years now. Started with their pants from a store and recently got an Icarus Hoodie online. The design of the hoodie is amazing, feels like I'm wearing a piece of art. Made a sizing error but the customer service team was super helpful and fixed it right away. So happy with my purchase and can't wait to see more cool styles in the future. Delivery was fast and smooth, showing how professional they are. I'm a big fan of this brand and their stuff.
