Miscommunication
I can't believe the nerve of the customer service I dealt with! They told me my order was cancelled, but then it got shipped anyways. And when I asked for a refund on the return shipping fees, they said no. How am I supposed to trust them if they can't even handle a basic cancellation properly? It's totally absurd. I for sure won't be supporting their business again.

Awesome tablet case
Ordering my custom case was super easy and it came out exactly how I wanted it. The website was a bit tricky at first, but once I figured it out, it was smooth sailing. The case is even better than I expected, with awesome picture quality. It arrived in only 6 days, so I got it pretty quick. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new case and would definitely recommend it.
