I was pretty stoked when I heard about the free shipping deal for orders over a certain amount. But when I went to check out, I ran into a snag - only express shipping was an option, so I had to cancel my order. On top of that, the customer service replies through email were super slow and didn't really help with my problems. I'd steer clear of this online shop because of these problems.

The first discount was good, eh, but the whole user experience wasn't that great, ya know? The website was a pain to use for uploading stuff, the Windows client was super slow, and they didn't have basic features like browsing photos or searching for backups. The real kicker was that they blocked me as soon as I canceled, even though I already paid for a whole year, eh.

I just bought a merino wool sweater from this store for over 100 bucks, nearly 150$. Even though I washed it exactly as directed, the sweater ended up all shrunken and unwearable. I'm really bummed about the poor quality and the high price I paid for it.
