They make amazing coffee, but man, their customer service is terrible! I placed an order for my breakfast blend coffee on September 4th, and it still hasn't been shipped out! They keep blaming the shippers and it takes them forever to cancel orders. My subscription order is delayed too, so I always end up running out of coffee before it even arrives. Their rewards program is basically useless as well. I'm thinking of switching to Green Mountain soon, they seem much more reliable.

I just ordered something from this company and I gotta say, it was a pretty bad experience. They sent my order with the wrong name, and when I tried to send it back, it was a hassle. They told me it would take 4 weeks for the return, which is way too long. And to top it off, I still haven't gotten my money back for the order I never got.
