    French Vanilla pods

    I've been buying French Vanilla pods from here forever and never had any issues. But then I ordered a big box with like 100 of them, and most of them spilled coffee grounds in my cup. It was so strange. Surprisingly, my partner's pods were totally fine. I tried to get replacements but they wouldn't help me out. So long, Maud's!

    Breakfast blend coffee order

    They make amazing coffee, but man, their customer service is terrible! I placed an order for my breakfast blend coffee on September 4th, and it still hasn't been shipped out! They keep blaming the shippers and it takes them forever to cancel orders. My subscription order is delayed too, so I always end up running out of coffee before it even arrives. Their rewards program is basically useless as well. I'm thinking of switching to Green Mountain soon, they seem much more reliable.

    The customer service at this coffee shop is so bad. They say on their website that they always fix things, but that wasn't the case for me. I tried to ask about a coupon that wasn't working, but they didn't get back to me. After reaching out again, I finally got an email response that ignored my question and didn't help at all.

    I ordered some coffee pods from this place and they took so long to ship them! But they were really quick to take my money. And when I tried to ask about my order, the customer service was awful! I think I'll start getting my coffee pods from somewhere else now.

    I just bought some coffee beans from this place and when I tried to use my loyalty points at the checkout, I ran into some problems. I had trouble with my order and using my loyalty points a few times. The customer service team wasn't really giving me clear or helpful answers when I asked for help. But after I raised my concerns, they finally fixed my most recent issue. Even though the coffee is good quality and the prices are fair, the bad customer service experience kind of ruined my overall satisfaction with the service.

    Kona and Roasters Reserve coffee pods

    I've been grabbing coffee from this place for a while now, they have some really good stuff. The Kona blend is my regular go-to, and the Roasters Reserve is my special treat. One thing I really like about this place is that the pods are recyclable, so I can enjoy my cup of coffee without worrying about the environment. Plus, the shipping is fast and free, and the prices are fair for the quality of the coffee. Definitely recommend this spot for any coffee lovers out there.

    Hey there, I've been a faithful customer for a while now, ordering coffee pods every couple of months. Unfortunately, I've hit a snag with my latest order. I got charged back in January, but here we are in March and still no sign of my shipment. I've reached out to the company a few times, and they keep saying they'll sort it out, but so far, no luck. Now, I'm looking to get a refund because I'm pretty disappointed in how they're handling this whole situation. I really like their coffee, but this mess has me questioning if I can rely on them going forward.

    Large coffee order and discount issue

    I've been coming here for ages and usually get tons of coffee. But lately, I had a problem with a discount not being put on my order. I talked to a guy named "Oscar" who said he'd make sure the discount was added to my account and charged on my card. Waited 2 hours, discount still didn't show up. Called Oscar again, he said he never said anything about a discount. My buddy confirmed Oscar did say there'd be a discount. Oscar was so rude, denied everything, and didn't want to cancel my order for a full refund. He wouldn't give me the owner or manager's name. As much as I love the coffee, I'm not coming back after that awful experience.
