Cheap Chinese knock offs
I had such a terrible experience with this company, eh. The stuff they sell is just cheap knock offs from China, and when I tried to return them, I had to send them all the way to Poland and pay for it myself, can you believe it? And get this, turns out their main office is in Latvia, not the UK like they claim on their site. It really seems fishy to me, like a total scam. I'd tell ya to steer clear and not buy anything from this place, for sure.

The audiobooks I bought were awesome and the people reading them were so interesting. I really wish there were more books about cowboys because they're just so cool! And the prices were way better than other places. I used to never buy audiobooks because they were always too expensive.

Hey there, I've been a faithful customer for a while now, ordering coffee pods every couple of months. Unfortunately, I've hit a snag with my latest order. I got charged back in January, but here we are in March and still no sign of my shipment. I've reached out to the company a few times, and they keep saying they'll sort it out, but so far, no luck. Now, I'm looking to get a refund because I'm pretty disappointed in how they're handling this whole situation. I really like their coffee, but this mess has me questioning if I can rely on them going forward.

Uplift Plunge bra
The Uplift Plunge bra is honestly the best fitting and most flattering bra I've ever worn. It gives me amazing shape and support, making me feel super confident and comfortable all day. But man, the quality of this bra is just not cutting it. I've been a loyal customer and bought a bunch over the years, but every single one has had those pesky wires poking through at the sides. Even a lace one I got a while back got all wonky and shrank, with the lining peeking out. I've been super careful with washing and drying them, using bra bags and hanging them up, but they just can't seem to hold up like my cheaper ones. It's frustrating to spend money on a bra that falls apart like a cheap $12 one, especially with the hefty price tag it comes with. As much as I love how the Uplift Plunge bra fits, it's hard to keep buying it when the quality doesn't hold up over time.

Double charged
They charged my card twice and when I asked about it, they said they only charged once even though I showed proof of two separate payments. Now my family and I have no money for 2 days because of the second charge taking all our funds. Really upset with how this company dealt with the problem.

clothing for my daughter
I recently bought some stuff for my daughter at this store and I gotta say, the whole experience left me pretty disappointed. Everything was fine at the checkout, but later when I checked my bank account, turns out they double charged me for the items. So, I contacted customer service and let me tell you, they were no help at all. Gave me some vague excuses about it being a system error or a new thing they do. As a customer, I just wanted some honesty and clarity, which I didn't get from them. It's so frustrating to see companies trying to pull a fast one on customers like this.
