I gotta say, the idea of being able to customize your own soap and personal care products with all-natural, vegan, halal, and cruelty-free ingredients is pretty awesome. Being able to pick the scents, ingredients, and even customize the label with my name makes me feel like I'm making something just for me. And the sliding scale pricing they offer is a breath of fresh air in a world where everything seems so pricey.

But I have to admit, the ordering process was a bit confusing and I had some trouble navigating the website. The service was okay, but I wish the communication was a bit more prompt. The prices were fair for the quality of the products, but a tad on the expensive side for my budget. On the bright side, the delivery was pretty quick and the products showed up in good shape.

All in all, definitely a cool and innovative company that's worth giving a shot.

The yearly subscription on the Information website is a total rip-off. They sneakily enroll you in a year-long service without letting you cancel the automatic renewal. You don't even get an email heads-up about the upcoming renewal, so you're hit with a $400 charge out of the blue. And when you try to get a refund right away, they turn you down, hiding behind their "policy" as an excuse. If you're caught up in this mess, my advice is to complain to your credit card company or report your card to the consumer financial protection bureau for a speedier fix.

I just bought some coffee beans from this place and when I tried to use my loyalty points at the checkout, I ran into some problems. I had trouble with my order and using my loyalty points a few times. The customer service team wasn't really giving me clear or helpful answers when I asked for help. But after I raised my concerns, they finally fixed my most recent issue. Even though the coffee is good quality and the prices are fair, the bad customer service experience kind of ruined my overall satisfaction with the service.

I couldn't get any answers on the website, so I had to email them right. They told me they couldn't do swaps 'cause they're from overseas. That info should've been on the website in the first place! So frustrating, eh!
