Merrell Zion shoes
I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience with this outdoor store that I had to share. I bought my husband a nice pair of hiking shoes for Christmas and accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I realized my mistake, I quickly reached out to customer service to fix it. They responded right away and cancelled my order so I could reorder the right size. I was shocked when the correct pair of Merrell Zion shoes arrived just 2 days later – so fast! And the pricing was really competitive too, I got the best deal on these shoes compared to other online stores, even with shipping costs included. Overall, I'm super happy with my shopping experience and will definitely shop here again in the future.

I recently had a terrible experience ordering a Patagonia fleece pullover directly from their website.
