Hotel booking issue and refund
I recently had a terrible experience with my hotel booking through this service. I made my reservation months in advance, only to arrive at the hotel and find out that they did not have any record of my booking. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that my reservation had been flagged for 'additional security checks' and that an email had been sent to me, which went directly to my spam folder. They tried to secure a room for me at the last minute, but the hotel was fully booked due to the high tourist season in Spain. The only solution offered to me was a refund, which left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations at a much higher cost. To make matters worse, the refund that was promised to me within 7-10 working days has yet to be received, despite my multiple follow-up emails.
