I got this gift card worth $90 the other day, but when I tried to register it on the website, I ran into a ton of problems. Even though I made an account, the registration just wouldn't go through. I emailed customer service a bunch of times, got replies, but they didn't fix the issue. So now I can't even use my voucher. I really don't recommend buying this gift card, it's just too much hassle and not worth the trouble.

So, I ordered these garden stones, right? The quality was actually real bad. I asked for some names to be carved on there, but you could barely even see them. And there was no ink at all. On top of that, the box they came in was wrecked, which just made it all worse. I tried to fix them up with a marker, but it didn't really work out. When I complained to the company and sent them some pics, they just brushed me off and said they couldn't help. So yeah, I'm gonna find another place next time I want to personalize a gift.

I bought a cutting board and it was so tiny! The words on it were really hard to read and it wasn't like the ones I got last year. I called and they told me the bigger one costs more. But I never had to pick between sizes before! It's just all so confusing. They charged me the same price for this little board. Not cool. I won't be shopping from them again.

I recently bought a personalized Christmas ornament from this company and I gotta say, I was really let down. I wanted an ornament with my granddaughter's name and the word "forever" on it, along with a picture. But when I got the ornament, only part of her name and part of "forever" were there, and everything was stretched out so much that you couldn't even read it. I tried reaching out to customer service three times to explain the problem, but all they did was apologize and said the ornament had already been sent out. Even though I paid more than $23 for it, the quality was just not up to par. It seems like this company doesn't really care about making customers happy, they're just focused on making money without giving a good product in return.

I got myself a super cute t-shirt with my name on it, but then they tried to pull a fast one on me with their phony discount code. When I called them out on it, they claimed it was just for the regular price. Not cool, eh? I'm definitely not going to shop from them anymore!

If you care about your privacy, avoid this place. The product I purchased was okay, but the amount of unwanted calls I've been receiving since ordering is just crazy. It feels like they're giving my info to scammers or just don't care about keeping it safe. I started getting scam calls right after I bought something and I've had to block so many numbers to try to make it stop. It's been non-stop since the 23rd when I placed my order. Stay away if you don't want your phone constantly ringing with scams.
