Man, I'm so ticked off at this company. I bought some stuff from them and got a confirmation for one order, but turns out they charged me twice for the same things, at two different prices. Sneaky, eh? And their website conveniently had a glitch that made me accidentally buy the items again at a lower price. Like come on, seriously? And then they didn't even bother to send me a confirmation for the second order until days later, only after I reached out to them. To top it off, they're saying I can't return the items because they're apparently "personal items." What a pain! And good luck getting a refund or sorting things out with their customer service - talk about a headache.
