Rhinestone button dress
This dress looked so good on me when I first put it on, but I was really let down by the quality. After only a few hours, a whole bunch of rhinestone buttons fell off, totally ruining the whole look. And when I asked customer service for some replacement buttons, they totally shot me down just because I didn't buy the dress right from them. What a joke!
