Affiliate marketing software
I just signed up for this affiliate marketing software and at first, I was pretty pleased with the landing pages they gave me. Being a newbie in affiliate marketing, I uploaded my email contacts from different places and decided to upgrade my account. But then, out of nowhere, my account got shut down only 2 hours after I sent an email! When I asked for a refund, they said no. It was so frustrating and disappointing to think this service was all about free email marketing software, only for them to close my account because I was actually marketing stuff. When I tried to talk to customer service through live chat about getting my money back, they cut me off before I could even explain all my issues. It made me so mad to be treated like that as a customer, feeling completely disgusted with how they handled everything and the fact that they weren't honest about how they operate.

Faulty item
Never thought I'd be bothered to write a review but damn, Marie had me shook. No back and forth, no drama, just efficient customer service that fixed my defected item in no time. Firearm Parts
I'm never doing business with this company again. I bought some firearm parts for less than $300 last month. I had a problem with their payment option, Credova, so I had to use my credit card instead. But now, a week later, Credova is charging me twice for the same order. Both companies are not taking responsibility and are giving me the runaround. I suggest going to Midway USA instead. This whole situation has been super frustrating.

Business card mix-up
I just got my business cards in the mail for my upcoming business opening, and let me tell you, I was totally bummed when I saw the mix-up. The cards I got weren't even mine - they had someone else's info on them! That's a major invasion of privacy, not to mention totally unprofessional on the company's end. Now I've got this stranger's contact deets - business address, personal address, full name - and they've got mine. It's a serious security issue that should never have gone down.
