Thermos and coffee cup purchase

I just finished getting certified through this company and let me tell you, it was jam-packed with so much useful info that I really enjoyed. The content was laid out well and made it simple for me to understand everything I needed to know. But when I tried to fulfill my continuing education requirements, I hit a snag. The instructions I got about the process were kind of confusing and didn't give me enough info, which left me feeling frustrated and like I wasted my time. I really wish there had been better support and guidance in this part of my experience.

Remanufactured ink cartridges purchase
I recently bought some remanufactured ink cartridges from this website that I found while searching through a bunch of other sites. The low prices and a 10% coupon is what really caught my eye at first. But the whole experience of using the website wasn't great. They didn't keep me in the loop about when my order would arrive, so it made me wonder if the website was reliable. I had to contact customer service to get some answers and eventually I did get my ink, which I was able to easily install. Still, the lack of communication and the delayed shipping times make me kinda hesitant to recommend this website to anyone else.

I ordered a bunch of stuff and right away they took my money, but then they ended up cancelling one item. They still haven't refunded me for the other item I returned. It's been forever and I still haven't seen my money back! I'm so frustrated with them!
