Broken charger
My charger crapped out on me within a week or two, can you believe it? It was super cheap and felt like it was gonna fall apart any second, like they made it to break. I tried to figure out what type of charger it was on their website, but it was impossible - like finding a needle in a haystack. There was no info anywhere! Can you believe they actually expected me to fork out another $30 for another crappy one? What a rip off!

Sleeping pad purchase
I bought a sleeping pad, eh, but it didn't hold air. I sent it back for a replacement because of the lifetime guarantee, but it's taking forever and I haven't heard back from them at all. Where are my updates, eh? I emailed, called, used the RMA portal, and even tweeted at them, but still nothing. Can someone please help me out here, eh?
