Delayed, defective product and poor customer service
I'm really bummed out about my latest buy. I waited over three months for the item to show up, and when it did, it crapped out after just two days. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times for months, but they didn't do anything about it. Also, a bad review I posted on the website vanished into thin air, which makes me wonder if they're being honest about their feedback. All in all, I feel like I threw away $110 on a crappy product and lousy customer service.

Steam key purchase
I just bought a Steam key from Gamivo recently and it was actually a pretty good experience. What really impressed me was that when I paid with PayPal, connected to a different email than my account, the payment got paused until I confirmed the other email too. That extra security step made me feel better about my purchase being safe. It was a smooth and quick process, and I could start using my Steam key right away.
