I'm pretty unhappy with how my recent international order from this company is going. They said my stuff would arrive in 12-14 business days, but it's been 21 and still nothing. When I called to ask what's up, the customer service was no good. The person I talked to, Ann, said my order was stuck in customs and they couldn't do anything to speed it up. This sounded fishy to me because they used the same excuse before, but then my order magically showed up right after I asked about the delay. Their mixed messages and lack of honesty are not cool, and it reflects badly on how they take care of their customers.

I saw this really good deal on a copper boot tray on sale for $44.97, so I thought, "why not?" and signed up for their email list to get $10 off my first purchase. But guess what? The coupon never showed up, even after waiting for more than 3 days. And to make things worse, the price of the boot tray went up to $64.97. I kept getting their emails, but that promised coupon was nowhere to be found. This whole situation has been a major letdown, so I won't be buying from them again.

I gotta say, ordering tickets on this platform was a breeze! The website was so easy to navigate, I had no trouble picking out and buying exactly what I needed. Got my confirmation email right away, which was nice to know my order went through. And the tickets arrived well in advance, so no stress leading up to the event. All in all, super impressed with how smooth the whole process was.

I started shopping online for new work and casual clothes recently. I found some really good options and thought I'd give this store a shot.
