    Photon Mono M5 and Kobra Plus

    My experience with the products from this company has been absolutely amazing. When I started using the Photon Mono M5, I was so impressed by the quality of the prints - they were just top-notch. The details looked so sharp and the machine itself was super easy to work with. But then I decided to level up and switch to a FDM printer, the Kobra Plus. That's when things got a little tricky - the machine started acting up right from day one, with the runout sensor busting up on me. But thanks to the awesome customer service team, they quickly sent me a replacement part. Just when I thought everything was back on track, the printer had another issue with a crack in the hotend. Once again, the customer service team stepped in, sent over the replacement part, and got me back up and running. This cycle went on with another part failing, but every time, the company's team was there for me, making sure I had the parts I needed. They even offered me a refund for all the trouble I went through. Shoutout to the customer service rep I worked with, LEO - their dedication and knowledge truly saved the day and turned a potentially frustrating situation into a much smoother one. I really appreciate the hard work and dedication of the team in sorting out the issues I faced.

    Frustrated, responsive support, limited features, potential

    When I first got my purchase, I was pretty frustrated because it didn't have all the features I wanted and had some restrictions. The customer service team was really helpful and quick to respond to my concerns, which I appreciated. But I still think there's room for improvement. The product team should really listen more to what their customers want and maybe loosen up some of the restrictions on features. For instance, being able to print remotely from other slicing apps and having more options for adjusting the firmware would make the user experience a lot better. Even with these limitations, I've been able to figure out some workarounds and learn important lessons that have helped me get better printing results. I think with a few changes, this printer could really stand out in its category.

    Anycubic Kobra 2 TFT Display Replacement

    I recently bought an Anycubic Kobra 2 printer and ran into a problem with the TFT display after only 4 weeks of using it. The touch screen stopped working, making it hard for me to use the printer properly. I reached out to customer service to explain what happened and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. The support team acted fast and sent me a replacement TFT display. Today, I got the new display all the way from China, and I'm happy to say that everything is back to normal now. I'm really impressed with the great service I got from the company, they fixed the issue in a quick and efficient way.

    The whole buying experience went really smoothly and easily. I have absolutely no complaints. The shipping prices to Canada were the best I could find. The products arrived quickly and in perfect working condition.<br><br>For my second purchase, I had a question about which warehouse to order from because some items were out of stock in one place but not in another. I got a response to my question within 24 hours, and they gave me all the info I needed to place my order.<br><br>All my interactions with the company have been super polite and friendly.

    My printer showed up with an unlevel bed, which was so frustrating. And to make matters worse, a belt was broken too. But thankfully, after I showed proof of the problems, the support team said they'd send replacement parts.

    Kobra 2 Plus printer

    I absolutely love my Kobra 2 Plus printer, I've been using it for so many hours with zero issues. I did run into a problem with the power supply recently, but the folks at Anycubic support were super quick and helpful in getting me a replacement.     Anycubic M5s Pro and Wash & Cure 3 Plus purchase

    I just got my hands on the Anycubic M5s Pro along with the Wash & Cure 3 Plus. I've only tried one print with fast resin, so I can't really give a fair review just yet. I'm going to do more tests with different resins down the road to give a better idea. Gotta say, the staff was super professional, kind, and really paid attention to detail.
