I had such a good experience with the customer service at this company. They were really helpful, always got back to me quickly, and fixed the problem I had with my purchase right away. I didn't have to stress about anything because they handled everything so well. Overall, I'm super happy with the service I got.

I had a little problem with my rush shipping order recently, but the customer service I got was top-notch. The manager really went out of their way to get my order to me on time, and I'm grateful for that. It's nice to see a company that really values its customers and will do whatever it takes to fix things. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again because of this great experience.

Eleana from customer service is honestly the best, eh! I was stressing out after sending back my return and not hearing anything about it reaching the warehouse. So, I hopped on their live chat and in no time, Eleana got back to me and eased my worries by letting me know my refund was being processed. And wouldn't you know it, I got that confirmation email not long after. I also tried reaching out on Facebook messenger, but live chat was definitely the way to go. Seriously, if you're dealing with any issues, give the live chat a shot, eh!

I recently bought four pairs of pajama pants from this company. They had a deal for free shipping when you join, so I thought that was pretty cool. But then, surprise surprise, my order got canceled because they said they were out of stock, even though the website said they had them in the sizes and colors I wanted. I gave them another chance and ordered the same pants the next day when they said they were back in stock, but this time I had to pay for shipping and the price was higher. And guess what? Cancelled again for the same reason! The website kept showing the pants as available, which was super frustrating. I've had enough of this nonsense, so I won't be going back to this site to buy anything else.

I gotta say, I was not impressed at all with my time at Los Angeles Trading. The whole process of ordering was a total mess - the website was hard to use and I had to work hard just to buy something simple. And the prices were way too high for what you got, felt like I was getting ripped off. And let me tell you, the customer service was awful. When I asked about my order, they were so rude and not helpful at all. Seems like all they care about is making money, not making customers happy. And on top of all that, my tote bag took forever to show up. I could have flown to LA and back in the time it took! Definitely not recommending Los Angeles Trading to anyone who wants an easy shopping experience.
