When I was at that health store, I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. The staff were super polite, hard-working, and knew their stuff, which made my shopping experience really easy and informative. But, I did have a bit of a hiccup with the shipping. Even though I asked for the product to be shipped by a certain carrier, it ended up coming straight to my house instead of a nearby spot like I had wanted. And trying to redirect the shipment online was a bit all over the place and caused more trouble. So, I think they should look into fixing this issue to make sure deliveries go smoother for other customers in the future.

If you're thinking of paying extra for Next Day Delivery from here, don't bother. I've been let down for the second time by their promise of fast delivery. I wanted a gift for a special occasion, and now I have nothing to give. What's the point of offering next day delivery if they can't actually deliver? Don't get your hopes up, just go with regular shipping to avoid any letdowns.
