I just got the bacon man's crate and I gotta tell ya, it was awesome. In the crate, there were 2 bags of bacon jerky and a jar of Terrapin Ridge Hot Pepper Bacon Jam, and let me tell ya, it was all so good. I've been snacking on the jam with crackers and cream cheese, and it's been hitting the spot. This was my first time trying one of these crates, and I was really impressed with the quality of the stuff. I think this would be a great gift for any guy in your life. There are other crates out there, but let me tell ya, these ones are definitely worth it. The person getting it will be super happy with what's inside.

I bought a neon light present from this company, but was let down when it stopped working right after I got it. I called customer service and told them I only opened it after Christmas, but they just said to take it to a repair shop. I wasn't happy with their unhelpfulness or effort to fix the problem. When I spend money on something from a company, I expect better service as a customer.

I just bought two Smash and Grab crates for my nephews as a present. The order got cancelled out of nowhere, and I got my money back on my credit card. I tried reaching customer service a few times, but they couldn't really explain why it got cancelled. There wasn't much communication or follow-up, and it ended up with the crates getting returned by the shipping company. This whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth, so I won't be buying from them again.

The Bloody Caesar Kit seemed like a good idea, but it was kind of a mess when I tried to open it. The box was glued shut so tight that the little pry bar it came with was no help at all. When I finally got it open, the box broke apart, a piece hit me in the eye, and the rest of it ended up in my carpet. I suggest opening it in a garage or outside on a scratch-proof surface. I had to use a hammer and knife to finally get it open. Even though it was a hassle, the stuff inside, like the Bloody Caesar kit, looked really neat. I haven't tried it yet, but I was impressed by what was included.

I can't trust the delivery info on the website, my order is nowhere to be seen and I've lost hope of getting it before Christmas, eh?

Hey, just a heads up, don't bother with those overpriced products, especially you ladies! My fiancé got me this so-called advent calendar and let me tell you, it was such a rip-off. Can you believe we shelled out a hundred bucks for basically nothing? All we got was a few measly meat sticks that were supposed to last us a whole month. And get this - each day, we only got a teeny 1/4 oz piece of jerky, which was just one bite, really. Honestly, we could've grabbed 5 pounds of beef jerky for that same hundred bucks and had way more options. Talk about false advertising, right? Those sneaky companies just taking advantage of folks like us. Save your cash and steer clear of this mess!

I recently bought a Gift Crate for Christmas from your company and I'm disappointed with my experience. Just like another customer, I was told it would be delivered by December 22nd and was reassured twice today that it had already been sent and would arrive on time. However, when I checked with UPS, I found out that it was only shipped on December 21st after 5 pm. The customer service communication on December 21st gave me wrong information, which made me lose trust in the company. There was a chance to fix the situation by shipping overnight, considering the mistake that was made, but that didn't happen.

So I got this gift box from them and it was amazing! I was so pumped to open it and see what was inside. But when I opened it, the box wasn't sealed properly and one of the things was broken. I was really disappointed. I decided to send them an email, even though I didn't think they would reply because most companies don't. But surprise, I heard back from a guy named Harold F. in just 6 minutes. He was super nice and said sorry for my bad experience. He even said he would send me a new box for free and replace the broken thing! I couldn't believe it! 2 days later, I got the new box and the broken thing was already on the way to me. Harold F. was awesome, man!

I got my bro a DIY sauce kit for Christmas and when it arrived at my place, one of the glasses was broken. That was a bummer! But the company was really great about it and sent me a new package right away. The team was awesome and really helped me out a lot.

I got a gift for my husband for his birthday but it didn't come on time because FedEx messed up. I contacted customer service and they were so nice and sent me a new package overnight. Even though it was late, my husband loved it! Also, the beef jerky was so good!!

I just bought a leather watch roll from this company, and let me tell you, their customer service is amazing. Before placing my order, I made sure of the shipping date with my postal code. But after I placed my order, I saw that the delivery date was two days after my anniversary. I was pretty upset, so I called customer service in a bit of a huff. I'm so bummed, my order took a whole week to get here! And when it finally did, the box was all ripped and open. Inside, there was a small box wrapped in duct tape (blah). I mean, I get that it's supposed to be tough, but seriously! I couldn't even try the snacks to see if they're any good. I emailed them about the late delivery, but the email bounced back! It's a bummer, but that DIY watch kit from Man Crates didn't live up to my expectations. My wife got it for me for my birthday before I left for deployment, and I couldn't wait to put it together for almost a year. When I finally opened it up at home, I was let down. The instructions in the kit seemed more like a story about making a watch rather than clear, easy steps to follow. On top of that, some parts were missing, like the temporary stem and crown. Plus, the movement I got was different from what was shown in the guide, and on top of everything, the watch face was all bent out of shape. It was really disappointing to face all these issues, especially since I was really hoping to enjoy this gift.

The whole crate delivery process was a cool idea, from the way it looked to the pure entertainment of watching my boyfriend try to open it with that crowbar, it was a memory we won't forget.

I bought the Whiskey Appreciation Crate a couple months back and I was really loving it. But then, I accidentally broke the fancy decanter it came with. I emailed customer service about it but didn't hear back right away. Then, a few days later, they sent me a brand new decanter for free! I was so impressed by their customer service and how they made it right. I'll definitely be coming back for more and I'd recommend their stuff to anyone. They not only replaced my broken item without any hassle, but I've really enjoyed everything else I've gotten from them too.
