I've been using various products from this company for over a year now, and I have some mixed feelings about my overall experience. The all-over cream worked really well for my toddler's sensitive skin, but some of the other products caused some problems. The body washes, in particular, felt too harsh and actually gave my child rashes. Even the diaper cream wasn't as good as other brands I've used. The lotions with pump tops didn't really help with the dryness caused by the body wash, so I had to rely more on the all-over cream. Eventually, I switched to a different brand and saw a big improvement in my child's skin. Despite these issues, I have to give credit to the company for their amazing customer service, which I really appreciated.
