My account got shut down by the company out of nowhere, no reasons given. It's just not right to treat customers like that, eh.

Faris from the support team was really helpful and knew his stuff. Even though I'm not an expert on their products, Faris took the time to answer all my questions and give me all the info I needed. He responded quickly and made the buying process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate Faris and the support team for their professionalism and expertise.

I got this product because Which suggested it, and let me tell you, I'm really let down. The gadget doesn't play BBC radio stations anymore, or a bunch of others either. When I tried to contact customer service at Polk Audio, I didn't get any response. Save your money, don't bother with this product.

Not only do their products work great for me, but they also don't make my skin itchy or dry. I'm really impressed with their makeup line. The only thing I wish is that they sold their eye shadows individually instead of just in palettes. I don't want to fork out more money for a full palette when I only want a few shades. However, I do think their foundation, concealer, and setting powder are reasonably priced. The setting powder lasts a long time and I think it'll last me at least 5 years if I don't accidentally spill it. Overall, I'm super happy with the quality of BeautyCounter's products.
