Our grill started acting up after about a year of use. It was heating up all wonky, which made it a pain to cook stuff right. We called customer service for some help, but they kinda blew us off, saying everything was A-OK with the grill. Even after swapping out some parts, it acted up again in less than two months. We were super annoyed and bummed out by a grill that we couldn't trust.
