I've been a loyal customer for years, shopping both in-store and online. Recently, I ran into a frustrating problem with the rewards program. Suddenly, all my hard-earned points just vanished into thin air. I've tried contacting the support team several times, but all I get is the same promise to check it out. Her patience, smarts, and commitment to helping me out really blew me away. The customer service from Tammy was top-notch and probably one of the best I've ever had. I'm super happy with the help she gave me.
