    I am really disappointed with the customer service I got from this company. First off, there's no phone number on their website, so all you can do is fill out a form and hope someone gets back to you. Even after trying multiple times through the form, I never heard back about my order. I didn't even get my purchase, and the lack of communication from Sail was super frustrating.<br><br>After weeks of trying to reach out to them, I had to send a formal notice by registered mail and dispute the charges with my credit card company. Leaving customers in the dark about their orders and their money tied up with no resolution in sight is just not okay.<br><br>They finally responded after four weeks, which I think is totally unreasonable. The lack of accountability and communication from Sail shows they don't really care about their customers or their satisfaction. I've gone ahead and filed a formal complaint with the OPC to address these serious customer service issues.
