Okay, so I bought some shoes online for my daughter, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. First off, they sent me the wrong size. When I finally got the right size, they sent me two right shoes instead of a pair. I went back and forth with emails and phone calls, and finally got what was supposed to be a left shoe, but guess what? It was another right one. And to make matters worse, it was a women's shoe when I ordered them for my son. Now I'm stuck with three right shoes and my son has no proper pair for the winter. All I want is my money back. This whole thing has been a nightmare. Super frustrating and disappointing. I am never shopping here again, that's for sure.
