Software Purchase
So, eh, I got this new painting software from this online store and man, it was a complete disaster, eh. When I tried to install it, there were no language options which was really annoying, you know. And guess what? The customer service team had no idea how to help me fix it! They just kept passing me off to different departments like they were tossing a ball around. And to make it even worse, they sent me a link for Windows even though I clearly said I have a MacBook. Seriously, what a joke of a company, eh.
