As a customer, my experience with the transfer service I booked on this platform was really disappointing. I was taken aback by the extra charges that weren't mentioned beforehand, plus the vehicle was not up to par. The fact that the car didn't have proper safety features was worrying, especially for a family outing. All in all, I wouldn't suggest using this service.
